Consentrio

Privacy Notice

Last updated: 30 September 2026

This notice explains how personal data is handled on consentrio.com (the "Site"). It is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the DPDP Rules, 2025. If you are in a country with its own data-protection law (for example the EU or UK GDPR), you also have the rights that law gives you.

1. Who we are

Consentrio™ is operated by Yashasvi, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). For this Site we are the Data Fiduciary — we decide why and how your personal data is processed.

Privacy questions and requests privacy@consentrio.com
Grievances (complaints) grievance@consentrio.com

2. What we collect and why

We only collect personal data when you choose to give it to us — through the Book a demo / Contact us form or by emailing us.

Data Why we need it Required?
Full name To address you and record who asked for the demo Yes
Work email To reply, schedule the demo, and send follow-up about Consentrio Yes
Company To understand your organisation and prepare a relevant demo Yes
Role / designation To tailor the demo to your responsibilities Yes
Phone number To call you if you prefer Optional
Company size To size the demo and any proposal Optional
Message / use case To understand what you need Optional

Purpose: responding to your request, arranging and giving a product demo, and following up with information about Consentrio related to your request. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with other companies for their own marketing.

Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form. (For visitors covered by the GDPR, the basis is consent; replying to an email you send us is based on our legitimate interest in answering it.)

Automatic data: the Site's hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) to run and secure the Site. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies unless you allow them — see section 7.

3. Who processes your data for us

We use these service providers (Data Processors) under contract, only to run the Site and handle your request:

Provider What it does Where data may be stored
Google Workspace (Google LLC) Email (sales@consentrio.com), including the confirmation email sent after you submit the form, and the spreadsheet where demo requests are recorded Google data centres, which may be outside India
Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages) Hosts the Site and processes the form submission Cloudflare's global network, which may be outside India

Some processors may store data outside India. Such transfers are permitted under the DPDP Act except to countries the Government of India has restricted, and we will not transfer data to any restricted country.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our rights, or to a successor if Consentrio's business is transferred to a company (for example on incorporation) — the successor will be bound by this notice.

4. How long we keep it

  • Demo and contact requests: for 24 months after our last interaction with you, then deleted — unless you become a customer, in which case the contract terms apply.
  • If you withdraw consent or ask us to erase your data: we delete it within 30 days, except anything we must keep by law.
  • Hosting logs: kept by Cloudflare for its standard log-retention period.

5. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can:

  1. Access information — ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we have processed it, and who we have shared it with.
  2. Correct, complete, update or erase your personal data.
  3. Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it — email privacy@consentrio.com or use the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, but we will stop processing and delete your data (section 4).
  4. Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated.
  5. Grievance redressal — complain to us (section 6) and, if not satisfied, to the Data Protection Board of India.

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.

How to make a request: email privacy@consentrio.com from the address you gave us (so we can confirm it is you). We will respond within 30 days.

6. Grievances

Email grievance@consentrio.com with a description of the issue. We will acknowledge it within 7 days and resolve it within 30 days, and in any case within the time the DPDP Rules require. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

7. Cookies

The Site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so no cookie banner is shown. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the Site.

If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first — using Consentrio's own consent SDK — and update this section before any such cookie is set.

8. Security

We use access controls, two-factor authentication on all accounts that hold your data, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and limit access to people who need it to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure; if a personal-data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

9. Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, email privacy@consentrio.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes

We will post any update on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires.
