1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of consentrio.com (the "Site"), operated by Yashasvi, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is for

The Site gives information about Consentrio™, a consent management platform for organisations, and lets you request a demo or contact us. Content on the Site is general information, not legal advice — including anything about the DPDP Act, the DPDP Rules or the GDPR. Get your own legal advice for your organisation's obligations.

3. Using the Site

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for anything unlawful or to send false information through our forms;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or disrupt it (including by automated scraping or load that affects availability);
  • introduce malware or attempt to probe, scan or test vulnerabilities, except through responsible disclosure to security@consentrio.com.

4. Intellectual property

The Consentrio name, logo, product screenshots, text and design of the Site are owned by or licensed to us. "Consentrio" is the subject of an Indian trademark application (No. 8026765). You may link to the Site and share its pages, but you may not copy, modify or use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement, without our written permission.

5. Product information and screenshots

Product screenshots and descriptions show the product as designed and may differ from the version available to you. Features, availability and pricing are confirmed only in a signed agreement.

6. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is error-free, complete, or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability relating to the Site is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

11. Law and disputes
